The Working Group of the Virtual Campus for Public Health (VCPH) proposes three working sessions by invitation personalized in “petit comite” in order to deal the inherent subjects in the evolution and perspective of the project VCPH, with representatives of the institutions that participate in this project.
Objectives of the 1st Session:
- To review the progress, lessons learned and strategies of development of the Virtual Campus for Public Health and to advance toward the definition of its strategic model for the strengthening of the work force in public health.
- To define the scope and potentialities of the Virtual Campus for Public Health in its new stage of expansion and development based on the vision of the participating countries: Cuba, Brazil, and Canada.
- Establish agreements and commitments for the development of the Virtual Campus for Public Health based on the prospects of the vision of country established in correspondence with the global project
The second session will be done in an open format the days Sept. 19th (in the afternoon) and 20th (in the morning) and will be directed to the design of strategies, tools and models of networking for the development of the work force in public health, through the use of the technology in information and communication.
Objectives of the 2ª. Session:
- To analyze the design of strategies, tools, and models of learning and networking for the development of the work force in public health
- To share experiences and to propose mechanisms of collaboration in virtual environments of training, on the networking for the continuous improvement of the public health practices.
